The only issues we had were that we couldn't do any of the check in or check out on either one of our phones. Luckily the representative that Coopersburg Auto was extremely helpful, as was Sarah who we talked to on the phone from the main UHaul at night to help check us out. There needs to be an easier way with checking in and out
