Josh WI did not get what I paid for. we had problems from the start. first off the driver left us with a damaged pod. we wasted 6 hours of moving time which still has not been addressed by management as I requested. I thought this was a door to door move until it was to late to make other plans. our stuff was 20 miles away through the mountains and we had to move it all or pay the u haul dealer an additional $700 for 3 pods! the only good thing was Jeff where our stuff was dropped worked with us to accommodate access so we could get our stuff.
Mary SMy experience at Corbin Storage was phenomenal it was an... in town-tucked out of the way, not in your face fellow tenants making it difficult for you to load and unload. Extremely private, safe with a Manager who is on call for emergencies!!! Nice 100% recommended. Check it out for your self
aaron b | Overall ExperienceAsk if they want furniture pads. Sometimes pads are not necessary or only a few needed. We have had to return so many unneeded pads before we moved. We absolutely love our Corbin Uhaul representative. He has made moving absolutely the easiest of times for our family.

JAMES HYou lied to us, you told us in Florida you would store. Our pods and deliver them to our house when the time came. When we called you said you didn’t deliver to our area and it would cost us $700 dollars to deliver them.. we called and kept being transferred to other people. We talked all the way up to Knoxville and they hung up on us. This is pitiful service and I expect half of my money back for all the lies. Please have someone call who doesn’t lie.
