Just as the last time I used a UHaul truck, there were problems with your computer system. Fortunately the employee at the location was patient with a good sense of humor or my anger would have had me on the phone to you. Your system would not accept the picture of my drivers license, repeatedly asking for a selfie of myself instead. Other things needed online had to be repeated. U-Haul is great at wasting time of those who want to use it.
