Quick, efficient, and courteous. We are lucky to have them in our small town. Just make sure to say hi to the office manager, Bargain the cat!!
Jahn DYou started me in Oxford, MS and then OF COURSE did not have a truck there. You sent me to a DELIVERANCE address in Pontotoc, MS (assuring me there was a truck there) and ONCE again, no truck! The people there were filthy, kids running around the yard that were filthy and the two adults has not a tooth in their head and looked like meth heads. The next place we were sent was to Corinth MS which is now 2 1/2 hours from our original destination. You people have no shame and make me sick. I will buy a freaking truck before I EVER use U-HAUL again. Rip off and liars! Disgusting behavior and the least you could do is give me 1/2 my damn money back. You acted as if you did me a favor when you gave me extra miles and yet you had to do this because you sent me 2 1/2 hours away from the original destination. You also acted like you were doing me a favor. Are you freaking kidding me? Never again. Do you want to improve your customers experience?? Start with having customer service first you bunch of jackasses.

Don PI live in a town 20 miles south. We have a U Haul facility but there were no trucks. I had to pay for 38 extra miles that were not necessary. It will not keep me from using your service but it was frustrating and time consuming. I have used you service several times with no other complaints. There is a need for more vans and pick ups in this area. I should not have had to pay miles for a service that has a location closer. Thank you

TREY FThe transporter I rented had a useless right-side tire tie down strap. We didn't find out till we were home and short on time. Had to use only one strap! It was worn off from previously dragging on the street. I reported it to the one who checked me in. I wonder if he took action and had it fixed before renting it out again. -- "Major Safety Issue"!!

tom lWhen we picked up our uhaul, we were told to have it back at 5:00 pm on Monday, June 5. So we worked very hard to get to the drop-off location by that time. However, when we dropped it off at 4:30 pm, they told us the drop-off time was actually supposed to be at 10:00 am of that day, so we were charged extra. We were very disappointed in the miscommunication regarding this.
