I first booked the reservation for the 10 foot truck for Friday the 29th online as a counter pick up The website allowed me to do that with no problem. An hour before my pick up time I received an email that my reservation was changed to an online reservation and would have to be done through web site. When I arrived at the site, I found that there was no counter at this location at all, and never has been. I followed the instructions for online and booked the truck with scheduled mileage and for four hours. I completed the registration and got an estimate receipt. It all looked correct. I returned the truck an hour earlier than I booked for and 2 miles less than what I booked for. The website did not have any information about how I was to return the truck. There was a key dropbox at the site and after taking pictures of the mileage and the truck condition to make sure I wasn’t charged for anything extra I drop the keys off in the dropbox. 20 minutes after my scheduled return time I received a receipt for my booking by email. on that receipt was an extra charge for an after hours return of an additional $20 including tax. Very upset to see this occur when I was well within all the parameters I had scheduled for and there was no one around to receive the truck yet. I received the receipt 20 minutes after my scheduled return time so they must’ve processed it at my scheduled return time and went ahead with this extra charge for no reason at all. Nor any notification. I have phoned multiple numbers both on the receipt and locally to find anyone to talk to about this. All the services desk's and even called a number listed at this corner wash location. Everybody keeps putting me on hold and I’ve waited for as long as an hour on hold, which is ridiculous only to never have somebody call me back when I could leave a message. Since I’m not be able to find any resolution currently. I am awaiting the charges to appear on my card and I’m going to refuse them for this extra $20 if someone at U-Haul sees this and knows about my booking. Ted TI almost spend 50 mins to get the keys. Staff there were not well trained. I already refuelled the truck but you still charge for fuel on my credit card. Didn’t get any updates after having 30 mins phone conversation. Are you guys scammer, we can’t call you again n again to get our money back. Improve your customer services. Thanks.

Oleksandr MThe pickup experience was brutal. Apparently the u-haul system was down, and it took almost 1 hour to get any communication from the employee at the location, who finally told me to "call this number and u-haul would help." That call resulted in the agent asking me to put the employee on the phone, where the agent then directed her to use the backup system which was working fine. Once we got through all my information I was handed the keys and away I went. Otherwise, everything was fine with the unit itself being clean and fueled up and I experienced no issues with the equipment.

Mohamed AVery frustrating experience. Not only did it take me a solid 30 minutes to find an employee, but they took a further 30 minutes trying to find the key. The waiting area is DISGUSTING!! Dark, lights broken, garbage, and I doubt the bathrooms have ever been cleaned. I didn't chance going in them but I could certainly smell them. Another customer returning his truck said he experienced the exact same thing. Another customer coming to pick up a truck was as frustrated as I was and ended up leaving. DO NOT pick up your rental here!!
Kayla CThis locations staff are polite and friendly. Bad experience with U-Haul not registering the return properly, I was phoned about 5 times by different agents asking the whereabouts of the truck even though it had been returned properly a day early.
Gabriell OThe people at this location were very friendly. However, the uhaul itself did not have the dolly we requested and paid for. Who do I contact for a refund for this? Also, the truck was not very clean in the cab and there was no windshield washer fluid. This was for reservation 28935838.
Scott LThis location was the worst ever, the person in charge took the keys and did not bother to check the vehicle, promised us a confirmation email which never came. I had to call UHaul customer service to get the truck checked in, I called three times. The drop off date on the receipt which later came was wrong. This location should be revamped, very poor customer service, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Svitsai CThe employee was on the phone the minute I stepped inside the store. She did not provide me with any details about what was expected of me. There were four u haul trucks on the lot, she gave me the keys and didn't even tell me which truck was mine.i asked her if I needed to bring it back full and she said yes. I started the truck and found that it had less then a quarter tank of fuel. The check gas cap light was also illuminated on the cluster. I went to clean off the windshield and the washer reservoir was empty. The rear tires were almost bald as well. I put on 33km and they charged me 30 dollars for fuel plus 30 dollars to send someone to fuel the truck up. I can assure you that I didn't burn 30 dollars of gas in 33km. JASON LI picked up the truck yesterday Saturday and when I we t to pay for it, I found out you don't accept Visa Debit which I find ridiculous. I don't have a credit card so had to pay cash and leave a $100 deposit. Why don't you accept Visa Debit? Otherwise, the service was good and the truck was nice and clean.

Christine WUhauls main customer service phone line was horrible to deal with. They called multiple times to confirm the same reservation and had some changes each time. Because of some issues/changes on uhauls end, We were told we would get a credit towards our rental for the truck. The next person that called to confirm i had asked to also confirm the discount. They said nothing was on file. I asked for a supervisor and she said that theyre busy and someone would call back in two days. A week later and my rental date is here and noone has called. Upon receiving keys for our rental we called and nothing could be done directly and it would have to be escalated and someone would get back to us in 3-5business days. Now we wait. We paid our rental in full with the promise it would get taken care of. If anything updates and we get our credit i will come back and edit this. Until then, their customer service over the phone is horrendous. Would not recommend at all.

Kamal KUhaul app did not recognize being at the location in order to start the rental pickup, the location lost the keys to the vehicle for over an hour. I am a multiple use Uhaul customer and this location is a gong show. The owner of the location lies and said the keys were found in 5 minutes.

Ahmad IIf when you pick up the equipment and the person working for uhaul doesn't dispatch properly. DO NOT HAVE SOMEONE CALL AND YELL AT YOUR CUSTOMER. demand that you will be charged with theft as this was their mistake. I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN.
