This location was very disappointing. At check-in, I had to answer all the questions that I had already filled out online to expedite the check-out process. What was the point of completing everything prior if I am going to be asked everything again? The truck size I had reserved would not start, so I was downgraded in size. When I returned the vehicle later that day, the man at the counter was on a loud FaceTime call that made it difficult to hear him and to focus on his questions. My file was not updated with the smaller size vehicle and the man at the counter was going to charge me for the 20 foot rather than the smaller truck I ended up with. A call to corporate fixed the issue, but what a hassle. I will not be using this location again.
