Website states that you can pick up vehicle at 8:30 but there is no lock box and the location does not open until 9 am Vehicle was dirty when picked up - gum / sticky floor in the drivers cab, leaves and dirt in the back of the van. Not being cleaned between client use in the middle of a health pandemic is not acceptable When calling U Haul they don't seem to care and passed the blame onto the store where pick up was When talking to the store clerk he dis me and served another client When we returned the vehicle there was no box to place the keys. The van advertises 24/7 but that is false. We checked out online. One question asked during the check out process Was is the van clean - we answered no as it was dirty when we received it We were them charged a 25.00 clean charge Calling u Haul to dispute the charges we were told that a manager would contact me within 72 hours - terrible service! I did make an initial complaint when we received the vehicle and the manager did give me a 20.00 refund for the dirty vehicle I find it rather disgusting that he didn't even provide the cleaning fee amount and his response to me was that he didn't have to give any type of refund. The vehicle service engine light was solid during the entire time. The customer service agent we spoke to in the am was very rude and unhelpful The agent we spoke to in the evening She at least has empathy. The only positive thing I can say about the process of renting a vehicle with U Haul was driving away in my own vehicle . I wait to see if they call within the 72 hoursScott O.

Happy with everything except that I booked a 10' truck, got downgraded to a cargo van and was told to call if I needed a truck instead. Called and they had sold the truck they had for me already. Due to this it took two trips instead of one, cost me more mileage as well as valuable hours of my precious life. Other than this I had no issues and was happy with the service. I would recommend to a coworker. Corona Foods is amazing thoughcole D.

Great service and no wait to pick up or drop off cargo van. I'd definitely recommend this location to anyone on the westshore needing the use of a cargo van. Cargo van was big enough to move 1 small apartment's furnishing etc in 2 quick trips. ??Madeleine M.

The moving blankets I requested when placing the order we're not available for pick up. I was told by the store clerk that I could drive across town to pick up the moving blankets; this would have added atleast 10km to my use of the vehicle.Joseph W.

Problems arose when the operating system for rentals didn't work properly. As a result, I believe I was overcharged. Now I will be disputing the charges, which is a shame really, since this kind of runaround means I may go elsewhere when renting next time.PHILIP S.
