Tania SThe on-site person was VERY helpful. But the process online was unclear. I didn't know the difference between virtual and onsite log-in so we waited and played around with the link on my phone as it said it was as 24/7 truck, and it wasn't until I did a chat with someone that I found it was NOT virtual and I had to go in. After that, it was a very simple and smooth process.
