Location was great but I arrived before they were open and had lots of issues with the U-Haul app. Took me 50 minutes to get the truck and leave. Main problem was that I had out of state license so I was “awaiting approval” for sometime. Them had to provide a secondary person for verification that U-Haul could them call and confirm with. Then the pictures would not load so I had to take them several times each before it saved them. The lady who owns the shop showed up when they opened at 12:40 and was very helpful as was the lady I spoke with at the 800 number. A very frustrating experience though at the beginning of what was already to be a long day.
