Changed my drop off location without me being aware of it. UHaul customer service hung up on me twice when trying to change my drop off location to a safer area of town since I had to drop off after dark. Third time actually talked to someone who knew what he was doing but the department that could've helped me left for the day while I was calling back after being hung up on several times. This UHaul rental experience was terrible.Carl P.

I paid cash for the truck which meant I paid a $100 deposit on the equipment which was due back to me if it was returned without damage and in proper condition according to the contract. I informed the person who received the truck of this situation, and he told me to contact uhaul to get my refund, and he told me to just leave. The next thing I know my receipt is emailed to me saying I've received my $100 deposit back. I'm now in dispute resolution with the company to get my money back and it's going to take 24-72 hours just to hear back from them. Very dishonest.DAVID B.
