I have not received such service in any venue, on any level in years ! After such an impossible relocation across states, Mr. Java's attention to communication and relaxed manner, was definately a needed and welcomed touch. Mr. Olegario Jara's professionalism was beyond reproach, and far above my expectation. He was extremely accommodating and patient. After a rigorous relocation across states, mr. Jara's warm and helpful reception was a true relief. I will definately return if rental is needed in the future. Because of Mr.Java my choice will quickly be made over Penske. Thumbs up to Mr. Java !
