Feels kind of run down, I had rented it for 8am to 6pm. They made me wait for the keys till almost 8:30 because they were in a "meeting" even though I selected a phone check in/out they didn't have that option there. They didn't have the dolly and the moving mats the truck. They still had to bring me them. A person called me and said I would get some money off my rental if I use this location and I don't think I got that deal.

I paid to have a utility dolly never got it the U-Haul had a break entire maintenance light on there was trash in the U-Haul it was covered in sticky stuff when I told the guy that it was gross he said that’s the one he was told to give me and can’t do much more
Ecko EI arrived to my reservation being cancelled. They spoke almost no English. I was told it would cost $70 if I drive 50 miles. I drove 38 and was charged $88 and then received another $18 charge. I called and was told to look at my email invoice. There's no invoice in my email. I'm so unhappy with uhaul AND the place I rented from.
Illana MClean and tires need to be pumped up on the dolly. No customer service at all
Jesse CTruck was banged up and dirty, the owners and workers of the establishment barely spoke English. Service was terrible. I had to speak to the manager on the phone while I was at the facility to complete my reservation over again even though I was checked in and registered online. Absolute clown show.
