I rented various times from UHaul, however… this drop off changed it all. I will never use UHaul again. Nor will I speak well of them. The old lady at this drop off tried to scam me. I returned a 26’ truck this morning. My rental paperwork said I picked it up at 08:50am I was returning it the next day at 08:28am. She didn’t see my paperwork, and told me I would be charged for late return. When I showed her my paperwork, she said she wouldn’t charge me. Next, I rented it at 1/2 tank of gas. I live in Rural GA, not many gas stations. I put it at 1/2 tank then drove 7 miles to return the truck. She claimed it was not 1/2 tank and explained I would be charge $90 for the gas difference, $30 gas service charge and only $1.32 for over mileage. I refused and said I would go get more gas. She walked outside with me and looked in the truck, saying it was dirty and I would be charged $25 cleaning fee. I was the only one in that truck, the passenger side had slight dirt on the rubber floor, as did the drivers side. Dirt parking lots here in GA!! I went to get gas, borrow a broom from the station and mentioned what I was going through at UHaul… he asked if it was the old lady and mentioned this drop off location. When I said yes, he laughed and told me it happens all the time. She lies and scams because she doesn’t want to deal with gassing the trucks or wiping them down. She almost scammed me for over $125!!!! I will be sure to announce this everywhere, I am so pissed off. The truck… the a/c didn’t work and the radio was static! I told the old hag and she said, “I am sorry your experience wasn’t the best”. Sarcasm sucks! I am done with UHAUL! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Monique Scigarette smoke , nasty and no knowledge on how to do rental , No computer or internet to fill out info , i had to do it myself on my phone , very poor customer service
