I would strongly recommend staying away from this U-Haul neighborhood dealer. The entire experience was terrible from the moment I walked in. The person running the place was disrespectful from the start and gave me weird looks when I walked into the gas station where the U-Haul business was being operated. I was barely given any information, he simply asked for my last four credit card numbers, handed me the keys, and sent me on my way. Then I opened the truck and discovered that the blue blankets in the truck bed were covered in rat nests, rat feces, and animal fur. They were absolutely disgusting and smelled like dead animals. That is completely unacceptable for something being rented to customers. The truck itself was in awful condition, with the check engine light on and damage all over it. It looked like it had been through a demolition derby about 16 times. The inside was absolutely filthy as well. And, of course, the final surprise was the pile of additional fees added at the end, despite what you’re told when you’re initially renting the truck. Between the filthy, potentially unsanitary equipment, the poor condition of the vehicle, the disrespectful customer service, and the unexpected extra charges, this was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve EVER had. I would absolutely not rent from this dealer again. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 15 minutes and go somewhere else.

I feel for all the money you pay for a moving truck that a full tank of gas should be supplied and included to truck before renting. Very poor policy change. I will never use your company again.
