They are new to renting U Hauls, only one person was proficient in renting a unit, unfortunately he wasn't there when I picked it up but the guy that helped tried hard and made phone calls to help me. He was great but it took a little longer than needed. The time it took is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. I'm sure with experience they will soon be a 5.

Our car was locked up behind the fence after hours. We were not told how to access our car. By chance I was able to get ahold of a representative, and he gave me the code to the lock so I could retrieve my car.
