the truck wasnt clean but it was presentable, well taken care of. but i understand the location of it and the availability of the care takers of the vehicle. but glad it was there for me. thank you

Robert HThe truck was dirty inside the cab and the box. I was charged the $15 U-Haul care fee by the employee who handled my reservation. I was not asked if I wanted it or not. I brought the issue up with the owner who said they had no idea how to reverse the fee but they would look into it. They never did.
jay bIt would be helpful if the customer didn’t have to go find an employee to for the pick up and drop off process.
Lauren DWhen we booked the Uhaul online it was supposed to be in provo. They told us it couldn't get closer because they didn't have the staff to drive it. Driving over an hour into another city and county was ridiculous.
