Make the drive more accessible for everyone. There are huge potholes and when pulling the trailer out of the location it is like driving over mountains. I was forced to use this location. I scheduled to pick up in Lebanon. Uhaul called the day before and told me there was no trailer available that I had to go to Westfield. Instead of bringing a trailer to Lebanon. Not very good customer service.

TRACY MIt’s at a small store located on an unpaved lot full of potholes. It was muddy and after hours drop was confusing.
Molly PThe address given took us to the wrong place entirely which wasted a lot of time. Then we had trouble finding the alternative due to no signage at the road or any visible signs of UHaul trucks. The rental itself was good and the owner was very helpful once we got there.
