I would be lovely to have some help at location during the early hours for pick up. Drop off is easy but pick up a bit confusing

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe parking area is in terrible shape, dirt and puddles of mud, it was dark and poorly lit.
Jorge MDrop off was questionable: at some Soil and Mulch place in Indiana. Nobody was there to receive the truck so I parked it among other Uhaul trucks and used the key drop off box. I called later the phone number listed and requested a call back with confirmation that they received the trucks. Of course nobody called me back.
Tom WThe driveway in was full of deep potholes, which was challenging to navigate.
