The truck needed service or something, it made a lot of rattling banging noises, the engine sounded like it was struggling. That being said it was very fuel efficient, and comfortable to drive. The only thing I have to say about U-Hauls online check-in app is that it's terrible, what should have been an easy process turned into an hour-long phone call with representative at U-Haul to try to even get checked in. I wasted the entire first hour of my rental just trying to get the truck. Which makes difficult when people have been kind enough to come and help you and now their whole schedule is thrown off as well. Please fix your app.

They were very helpful, walked me through how to attach and detach the trailer and showed me everything I needed to know.

The husband and wife team there were excellent! There was a mix-up on my truck somehow and they went out of their way literally to get me the truck I signed up for! I would definitely recommend Country Pet & Livestock to anyone! Super nice people and VERY helpful!!

I had to ask to have my trailer at this location after they had switched it 2 days before I was to pick it up. Call a couple days before you pick it up or you will be disappointed.
