Location good and equipment good. Worker acted like he didn't want to venture out in the rain so just handed me, a woman, the appliance caddy and pointed to the truck which was in the mud. He didn't even bother to mention anything about the tow/haul feature or anything else. Yes, I've driven trucks but one minute of his time would have helped. Suggest he get an umbrella for future rain situations.

I told them about my experience with the Mitchell, Sd location and the recommend that I get ahold of corporate and tell them about how they tried to overcharge me for everything because I was paying cash. Love this location.
Shari NThe good - Excellent customer service. The truck was very clean. Also, everyone I worked with was very helpful and kind. The bad - The truck shook the entire trip which made it a very tiresome trip. Also, the anti lock brake system light came on during the trip which also caused the cruise control to fail. When I was in Denton going to the drop off location the engine light came on.

Vanessa WKept $72.00 of deposit. Said truck was rented with 3/8 of a tank and returned with 3/16 of a tank. $42 for gas, $30 for service fee. Be sure and take a picture of the gas gage before turning in keys. Our word against theirs. Lesson learned. ⛽️🤦♀️🤷♀️

MICHAEL CI had completed my move earlier than expected. I called the return to location to make sure the facility was open (Sunday afternoon) to return the trailer. The rep said yes and would be there until 5:00PM. Upon arrival, the rep showed me where to park the trailer and apologized that the U-Haul system was temporarily down. He assured me that my return time was noted and he would check it in as soon as the computer came back up. This is an example of great customer service!

marco cThe U-haul rental was the only thing that actually went smooth during my move. Friendly, helpful, and informative staff helped me with any of my questions/concerns. Made sure I paid the lowest possible rates. I was a little nervous to drive a truck of that size and it couldn’t have been any easier. Turns as well as backing it up the driveway. The app was user friendly and when I needed to extend my rental last min (twice due to unforeseen circumstances) I had no issues. No bumps and no added stressers!! What a relief it was. Will use uhaul for all future truck rentals.

Sylvia BWe had no problems; they were very accommodating. We needed a few more hours with the truck, and they said their was no problem ;they didn't close until 6 pm. And there was a drop-off box for the keys if we went over that. I will absolutely be using that location again.
