Clean back was full of pebble rocks and smelled like dog can floor on driver's side was muddy and can smelled of dog as well.

Great customer service a friendly attitude and just made it the entire process easy
PAUL RThe U-Haul app is not user-friendly. The process for getting the truck was cumbersome and took a long time. We specifically rented a two wheel cart only to find out an hour later. The facility did not have any carts. The overall process took an hour and a half, which set us back from trying to load the truck and move.

THERE IS A DISPUTE WITH THE AMOUNT I WAS CHARGED AND THE FACT THAT UHAUL APPARENTLY DID NOT NOTIFY THE SITE WHERE I PICKED UP THE TRAILER THAT IT WOULD NOT BE RETURNING ON SCHEDULED DATE DUE TO AN ACCIDENT. I TRIED TO USE THE ONLINE LINK IN THE EMAIL FOR THIS EVALUATION BUT IT IS A NONVALID SITE.

Joseph CI informed the location services but was told they could do nothing about the damage to my mattress from the box truck rental. It was last minute because it was raining and I had to move. Your truck leaked a substantial amount of water and it soaked my mattress. I'm very disappointed in this rental.
