The unit was left filthy. The cab was full of cigarette ash. The back was full of dirt, leaves, a dirty pair of underwear and a dirty sock.
Deborah BRequired me to pay in cash and give a $100 cash deposit which was told I'd get it back at my drop off location. I didn't get my deposit back because the drop off location doesn't have cash on had, had to have a check mailed to us. Between the 2 of us, we've rented several uhauls and never ran into this kinda situation.
