My first reservation (7 days in advance) was for a 22â€ truck to pick it up this Saturday. Never received the confirmation and when I went to the store there wasn't my truck or any other truck. I visited a new uhaul store and the lady there help me with a small truck. Too bad for uhaul with reservations but great service for the young lady I rent the truckSantiago A.

The apps for U Haul are no good . Get at 7.30 am to get the truck . Couldn't connect or open .1.30hrs trying call U haul . Very disapointed . I could have the truck over 9 o'clock . I will delete the apps and chose a place i can pay the day before and pick it up hearly morning .MARIO B.

I would only recommend this place for people who actually go in and get the keys that way. That 24/7 access didn't work and I even called U-Haul and they HUNG up on me! But the people at this location were super nice and I would work with them again.Emily M.

I would absolutely recommend using County Wide Insurance to rent a U-Haul truck. The staff was courteous as well as very informative. Great people.I have rented from U-Haul in the past but have never had this easy of service. I would give them a 10+RANDALL H.

They never informed me on the gas usage, and never marked it on my receipt. The truck was full of empty water bottles. They never unlocked the bed latch and I could never properly close it.LIAM J.

The U-haul website is atrocious. It implies that I can pick up the truck without interacting with the people of the insurance company. That's not the case. Had I known that, the experience would have been flawless. I give U-haul 2 stars for the website pickup experience. The employees of County Wide Insurance were polite and courteous and helpful in expediting the rental process once I realized I needed to interrupt their work. The â€œpick up my truckâ€ step as suggested be the website should say â€œGo talk to humanâ€.DAVID M.

The truck was given to us with the lock locked and no key. After filling up the truck with furniture we realized the lock was locked and we had no key. Without being able to unlock we could not close the back of the truck. Called location and they did not have a key and sent us to another location where we had to physically take the truck to get unlocked and could not pick up a key. Issue was truck was full and we could not close the back. no one called to follow up or offer assistance to resolve.JASON G.

The truck was filthy in the back! Smelled like cats, dead animals, and like someone may have been living in it. It was overpowering and lingered. Full of dirt, debris, cat hair - had to clean it out before I loaded it. The truck was completely unlocked in that location and vulnerable to anyone having access to it and its cabin and box. Also, both at pickup and drop off, there was a tractor/trailer blocking access on the only way in or out - super inconvenient. Plus that strange religious guy set up outside shouting at everyone... The staff were friendly, not overly helpful though.Steve W.

The only disappointing part of my UHaul experience was that this location didn't have the equipment that I needed. In my reservation I requested a dolly and it wasn't until I picked up the truck that I was told they had no dolly. I wish UHaul had made better arrangements.Peter S.

the people in charge of the attention to the public are not trained for that work, they do not show the minimum interest in helping the clients, they also give information completely different from the real one, which translates into excessive expenses for the client once hire the service. all the fees changed magically just after having hired the service ... and as if that were not enough, I was charged with an extra day unjustifiably and the excuse was that it was a system problem ... extremely dissatisfied with this bad experience of U-HaulLUIS P.

The issue I had did not apply to this location. I had a reservation with another UHaul facility, received the confirmation. Went to pick it up and it wasn't available, in fact they never had the vehicle we requested. They didn't know why the reservation went through.Michelle B.
