The truck was filthy in the back! Smelled like cats, dead animals, and like someone may have been living in it. It was overpowering and lingered. Full of dirt, debris, cat hair - had to clean it out before I loaded it. The truck was completely unlocked in that location and vulnerable to anyone having access to it and its cabin and box. Also, both at pickup and drop off, there was a tractor/trailer blocking access on the only way in or out - super inconvenient. Plus that strange religious guy set up outside shouting at everyone... The staff were friendly, not overly helpful though.Steve W.

the people in charge of the attention to the public are not trained for that work, they do not show the minimum interest in helping the clients, they also give information completely different from the real one, which translates into excessive expenses for the client once hire the service. all the fees changed magically just after having hired the service ... and as if that were not enough, I was charged with an extra day unjustifiably and the excuse was that it was a system problem ... extremely dissatisfied with this bad experience of U-HaulLUIS P.

The issue I had did not apply to this location. I had a reservation with another UHaul facility, received the confirmation. Went to pick it up and it wasn't available, in fact they never had the vehicle we requested. They didn't know why the reservation went through.Michelle B.

I used the vehicle for a total of 8 miles. How much is 8miles worth in gas? About a dollar, which is exactly what I put. But I was still charged $11 for "EZ Fuel" complete rip off!! I was supposed to pay a total of $28-$30 but ended up paying $42. Never using this place again!Jonathan E.

Well, I am not sure if this falls under my fault or Uhual's. All I can say is that for the first time I rented a Uhual truck that did not have the sliding metal at the back to pull out. Therefore, my moving experience was a tab more challenging. I had 6 big boxes and the dolly was of no use because there was no sliding metal to pull the boxes up into the Uhual with the dolly. So, you can imagine. This was truck #TM1611N. Also, the truck seems to not have arrived with a dolly, so County Wide Insurance was nice enough to let me borrow theirs. The address listed on the Uhaul site was incorrect and out of date, the additional equipment I chose on the site was not available. Uhaul needs to update and check these things so people using the site are not directed to the wrong location and expecting additional equipment besides just the truck and not recieving it. These issues are all on Uhaul and not the third party vendor.JOHN T.
