The location was fine and the person helping us was patient and persistent. But the problem we had was with the Uhaul system itself, it was not user friendly and it took nearly an hour to get through the process. I had completed the reservation online before arriving to pick up the truck however we had to go through the whole process over again to complete the reservation process. We arrived to pick up the truck at 9:15am, before our set time of 10am. We didn't take possession of the keys to the truck until 10:02am. I highly appreciate the person helping us.
