Customer service needs some work! The lady wouldn’t answer the phone when we called. Our pick up time was at 9am. I didn’t get ahold of her till about 9:30am. When I finally got ahold of her she said her system was down. But you could tell she was in the call talking to someone else. Her attitude wasn’t the best.

DOROTHY WI don't like the fact that I was charged an extra ninety seven dollars to my card and doesn't explain what the ninety seven dollars is for. Whence I turn to U-Haul in, I was expecting that all the fees would come out of the funds that I had allocated on the card for the U-Haul.However, I obviously didn't have enough and being charged some fees.I don't understand
