They over charged me on miles didn't drive but 8 and a half miles they say I want over my 20 miles the truck smells like some one use the bathroom in it they told me to pick it up at 845 it was 930 when they opened the store I will not be going back thereFrank S.

No one present or to answer phone (9pm) no signage but did find 1 other UHual truck behind return location (no way to park out front as it shares parking lot with several other businesses) after some careful turns was able to squeeze it into the grass lot in the back.Kenneth S.

Interior of truck was not cleaned out nor clean. Smoke ash, 2x4 board, and toilet paper. It also had not been clean to get the dirt and grass out.Charlie M.

I will be contacting customer service tomorrow. I have many disputes and am not satisfied at all. Was charged for gas when I have proof of where it was when I picked up vehicle, charged a late fee when I did not get my vehicle at the requested time. I did a$50 guaranteed reserve location and did not get the truck nor location.Jason C.

U Haul is sideline. Had to wait behind other store customers even w reservation. Store did NOT have any of the equipment I had rented only truck. Had to go to another location to complete rental.JOHN A.
