Laura IWe were told if we returned the trailer early that we would not be charged the full price that we had it reserved for. We picked up at 9:45 on the reserved day and returned at 12:30 or close to it a day early but was charged for the whole day since it was past 9:45, should be prorated and explained better.

Carl HI had reserved a truck to move. I was unable to finish the move due to returning the truck at agreed time but late. I asked if I could return it at 9: because I was going to be late. I had already been told that I could bring it after hours . I asked if I could bring it in the morning without extra fees. I had to drop a load and could not get in to do so until 8-830. I was told yes . I did say it may be 9 depending on traffic but can't afford another day. Well. I was there within 5 minutes of helping a lost dog while sweeping out the U-Haul . I know this because I took pictures and it is time stamped on my phone. I was told that I didn't return it until 1130 and that just wasn't true. I called to ask about this charge. That is how I found out that I was charged for ,2 days instead of one. Hell, if I had known that I would have kept it that day and used it. Thanks for nothing. I used service before and referred people to Crazy Rays....not again. That would be crazy

Rating Uhaul over was 1 star experience and that is only because of this location making up for the overall ridiculousness that I experienced. Crazy Ray's was amazing more helpful in the 5 mins I was there than the past 2 days on the phone with reps!

SHARON GGet a stronger WiFi so online checkout can be used to return the truck! Tried for 15 minutes and couldn’t complete it, so I decided the $20 penalty I would have to pay would be better than standing out there waiting on a signal to return. Overall just a horrible experience.

John MWe got a 26 ft uhaul to move cross country. They gave us an extremely old truck. The brakes were shot and no AC!!! No power steering, suspension non existent, the fluid light made it's appearance more than once which cost us valuable traveling time. My husband had to ride 2100 miles in the middle of summer with the windows down.. We are not happy at all with this uhaul experience. I hope they take note of what misery we indured..
