My order was supposed to contain a dolly which supposedly been already in truck! No dolly available, which no one told me. I had to call back and was told the carry dolly's. This was an inconvenience, as to where I had to carry all my furniture up two flights of stairs which caused me to throw my back out as well.DESHONIA H.

When I rented a 10 ft box truck at this location, I was charged for insurance without being asked if I wanted to add coverage. I noticed it when I turned the truck back in and saw the price was higher than I calculated. Ed (the guy who rented the truck to me) was adamant that he asked me if I wanted insurance. I tried explaining to him I have full coverage (that covered this rental) plus renters insurance so why would I add a third? He was argumentative and we ended up going in circles. You can tell he was biting his tongue by the look on his face when we agreed to disagree. Of course I'm the one who gets screwed with no refund. They can keep the money this time but they lost a repeat customer. Never going back to this branch. I'm not alleging they nickel & dime people and probably was a misunderstanding (on his end). Nevertheless, handled totally unprofessionally. Did this review hoping this doesn't happen to anymore else.Jacob P.

Truck smelled like cigarettes ashtray was still full of Ashes definitely needed to be cleaned are use Clorox wipes on the steering wheel and it was so black that I can guarantee the truck was not sterilized in today's Covid protocolsSTEVEN S.
Not this locations fault at all but with U-Haul in general. Scheduled a 15 ft truck in advance for 24 hours (just in case for overnight). Did try to pick up a bit early and couldn't which I completely understood as it was scheduled for 1:30. Come back about an hour later for my reservation time only to be told the person hasn't brought the truck back and we are on a time crunch. Had to be transferred to another location to quickly get things done within two hours and bring back before closing. As we needed the washer and dryer out today, we had no choice but to quickly rush and get things done with just myself and my boyfriend. The other 2 people helping quit cause they could only do it around 2 pm. Now I have a swollen foot and my boyfriend has a broken finger since the washer fell. The Crest location did absolutely great with accommodating this cluster fuck.BRITTANY M.
Customer service at this location was very unhelpful and refused to address my problem. The fuel gauge on the truck that I rented did not work. I rented the truck with 11/16 of fuel, and used down to half a tank. As I attempted to refill the truck, the gas gauge never rose. The gentleman documented that I was at half a tank plus slightly more, however I have a receipt showing that I put 17.5 gallons in the car. The truck is completely filled up however the gas gauge shows that I'm just slightly above a half of a tank. The gentleman at the customer location refused to give me a refund, and refused to admit if there was anything wrong with the gauge, even after his helper documented that the gauge was reading half of a tank and I had a receipt showing that I put 17.5 gallons, he refused to help me. At this point I want to file a formal complaint and request a refund because of the experience. I would like to speak with someone further about the situation, and I want an immediate refund based on the fuel amount that I added to the vehicle . I can be reached at 469â€“4 96â€“1251.DANIEL M.

Overall, I really like this location because both managers well very hospitable. They both had excellent customer service skills, they were polite and friendly! I love great customer service and these two had it! I was even given a credit because I didn't need or use the appliance dolly! Wow, way to go Crest Self Storage on West Round Grove in LEWISVILLE! I GIVE THE TWO THUMBS UP AND 5 STARS IF I COULD. The truck was a little dirty in the cab but I believe they just did have time to clean it from the last person because I just walked in. Contract: 24935751 I rented a truck with a 1/2 tank, but in the contract that I received later by email, it was 15/16. I drove just 17 miles and during my return, I was forced to fuel it to full. So instead of 2 gallons that I really used, I fuel 12. I have scanned the receipt from a gas station.ALEXANDER P.

Returning rental equipment keys off business hours was not clear. I have waited a while to connect to customer service to determine what to do next. Rented both truck and dolly from this location and had confirmation. Upon picking up truck and asking for dolly, I was informed this site didnt have one available and that I could call another location to pick one up. Why is it MY responsibility to call/locate a dolly from another dealer when I have a confirmation stating it is here waiting for me. NOT optimal customer service experience.GREGORY B.
