Cindy and the team were very friendly. I was a little upset when I pulled up on Sunday around 10 pm with my movers to store my heirlooms and personal belongings and was unable to get in. There was not an emergency number to contact and no one to assist. I ended up having to get rid of my items as I had no place to store them. I called on Monday and was told I had to talk to Cindy Tuesday. She is off of Mondays. When I came in Tuesday she was pleasant. She told me that the storage facility has limited hours to access for secure purposes. If I had known all of that I would have made other arrangements. However, she was apologetic, refunded my money, and said she would start communicating the access times to new customers. I also suggested they put a sign up. Overall they took great care of me and were friendly. I will recommend to others they just need to be sure to communicate when you can access better.
