The app is the most irritating thing for which I wrote a review in the App Store. It shows a video about the key box on the truck - nothing specific to my rental. Then I had to hunt around in the parking lot during 100 degree heat to try to find it. Simple instructions stating where it was would have reduced the frustration.

The system you have developed for renting a truck is needlessly long

The truck was clean, well-maintained, and drove smoothly, which made my move so much easier. Pickup and return were both fast and convenient. Gasca ZThe employees wouldn’t acknowledge my presence. I was the only customer in the store. The lady working the front desk wouldn’t speak to me as in wouldn’t even say hello when I spoke to her. The gentleman who I thought was a customer asked me was I returning? I said yes his response was give me the keys. I’ll handle it. You’ll get an email. Have a good day and that was it. This location was very rude very cold. It was the worst experience I have ever had with any business. I would never recommend this location to anyone extremely unprofessional to the point. I wish I had some type of recording just so you guys could see how rude uninviting this location actually is I was very offended, angry and disappointed all at the same time I wouldn’t go to this location. If you offered me free rental for life, I would turn it down if it included me having to go to this location every employee in this location should be replaced
