Friendly, efficient and had everything I needed. Plenty of room to move the trailer safely and very organized.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was unjustly overcharged $30 for fuel I used the truck for less than 9 miles and afterwards I put gas to put the level exactly where it needed to be at the third tick and I was charged for gas that I added. I was always happy with your service until this time I will never recommend you, actually I will deter people in my social media posts from doing business with this location, unless the gas charges are reversed .

Richard MWas good experience
ANUJ BThe app is the most irritating thing for which I wrote a review in the App Store. It shows a video about the key box on the truck - nothing specific to my rental. Then I had to hunt around in the parking lot during 100 degree heat to try to find it. Simple instructions stating where it was would have reduced the frustration.
