REONNA AI had the only truck left for weekend rental. The truck needs the ac selector fixed. Outside that I was grateful that they let me rent it. I'm tuff.
MARILYN WMy unit was littered with mice and rat feces and we found a dead rat in the unit as we were using. my furniture and boxes had feces and urine on them. A bed will have to be thrown away and some handmade items that my great grandmother made were ruined.

Michael SI didn’t like that a dolly was offered as an option, but not guarantee at pick up. If I had known that I would have rented a dolly from Home Depot before picking up the U-Haul truck.

Martha AI had in my put in a reservation for a appliance dolly. When I arrived to pickup the truck and dolly. The guy who was checking me in first told me my dolly was in the corner. A woman chimed in with that the dolly was promised to someone else. When I said, I had a reservation two weeks ago they said there was nothing they could do for me. I asked if they had a regular dolly and they said that they didn’t. They gave me a card for another U-Haul down the way. I was on a time crunch so I had no time to go to another U-Haul. We end up moving our heavy appliances without a dolly.
SHAWN PThe gas gage was showing completely full even though we were told it was. We submitted pictures to show while we were still in the parking lot. When returned it was completely filled.

JOELL HUtility dolly and moving blankets were not available in this location and I was sent to a different location to retrieve just for the next location to tell me they were not able to rent me just the dolly and blankets since I had picked up the truck in a different location. I recommend, if all items needed are not available in one location move the entire reservation all together to a different location.

GAVIN BThe truck was cleaned, but almost too clean. There was a slippery, oil substance (soap?) on the inside that made loading/unloading a little precarious. We ended up having to line the floor with moving blankets and a tarp to help. But overall, I had a great experience with the rental process and staff at the Pick Up location were excellent.

SYED JCindy and the team were very friendly. I was a little upset when I pulled up on Sunday around 10 pm with my movers to store my heirlooms and personal belongings and was unable to get in. There was not an emergency number to contact and no one to assist. I ended up having to get rid of my items as I had no place to store them. I called on Monday and was told I had to talk to Cindy Tuesday. She is off of Mondays. When I came in Tuesday she was pleasant. She told me that the storage facility has limited hours to access for secure purposes. If I had known all of that I would have made other arrangements. However, she was apologetic, refunded my money, and said she would start communicating the access times to new customers. I also suggested they put a sign up. Overall they took great care of me and were friendly. I will recommend to others they just need to be sure to communicate when you can access better.

Nelson IWhen I picked up truck check engine light came on leaving premises. A/c did not work at all. We liked to burned up i the heat. Truck drank a tremendous amount of gas also... code thrown was P0420. I should get an adjustment for the a/c.

Katherine RI had requested a utility dolly be in the truck, however when I got there to pick the truck up before the office opened, there was no dolly. I called once the office was open and asked if o could pick up a dolly, and they very graciously said yes and even loaded it into the truck when I arrived!
