When we dropped off, the guy kept apologizing that we had a bad experience. I told him it is not his fault. With the money we spent we are very disappointed.

The Equipment that was Paid for beforehand wasn’t in the U-Haul during pick-up
Lukas MCheck-in process was clunky. Liquor sales were going on at the counter during the check in process so it was delayed. There were also computer problems with the U-Haul website that made it difficult and took twice as long as it needed to.
