We did not get a code for the keys and had to wait an hour to change truck, the delay really made me upset and had to reorganize everything.

The office was closed at 11am. When I call, the manager told me to drop the keys inside the dropping box. I told him what about the receiving inspection, he said just take a picture of the gas indicator. It was completely full. Now I just receive an invoice for gas for $25. I have the picture and video of how I returned the truck.

The truck had a huge hole in the roof and it was raining. Why would U-Haul allow for this to be rented at any location?

This location is terrible. There’s a sign to call and the phone was disconnected. No one showed up into the small office. There was no one to ask questions. The cabin of the U-Haul was dirty. Someone had smoked in the cabin and it had not been cleaned. Found ashes and a full intact cigarette. Terrible location. Will not this location again!

Equipment had roaches in the storage space, not ideal for moving… service was slow at best. The vehicle had to be jump started before I even got started driving it and the extra fees really add up. Would’ve liked a nicer vehicle and service for the price.

Not the best area or demographic. Poor customer service, unorganized, tried to overcharge me for something I didn’t request until I disputed it and they lowered the price. No I’m person help, you have to call number when you get there, long wait time and just overall ghetto location.

The Crisp And Clean Personnel need to be available when their schedule says they are, for multiple reservations for both drop off and pickup I had issues communicating with them. On one occasion, when I finally got a call back, I was told to wait another hour and a half because he was running an errand. Long story short he ended up going back and forth with me over the phone about the process for another hour until he realized what he had failed to do on his end in the system then finally processed it. Even with all the time delays amounting to a total of around 3 hours waiting in his location I still never met the guy.

The location was unattended, no parking, no visible uHaul signage, hard to find and a deal breaker if I have to go there again!!

That location need to have more order and costumer services. This time i wait more than 45min to take the keys of the truck because they didn't left at the lock box and the office was close no one there. And the truck inside was full of dirty, i have to clean before the move.

Got to location and couldn’t get ahold of rep. Also charged more and had to pay more because I was delayed by an hour getting the uhaul Contacted rep for final invoice and issues and was ignored.Will never use that location again

The check in was awful, no one was there to check the truck out, was told to call a number, called and called, finally got someone who told me they would rent the truck over the phone, once they told me where to get the keys they informed me that the truck was loud, that was an understatement, I felt like I was going to break down at any second. The truck was dirty and old. I was in desperate need or I would have cancelled. The renter did apologize for the service but it was a really awful truck.

I was very happy with my experience, since the moment I called Uhaul the Representative was very polite and had listen to my needs , I need a location close to my home and I got the best location. Truck was ready for me, drop location was the same which it worked out perfectly for me. I was very happy with the Costumer service provided by the Sales person in the location. Very helpful and very respectful. Highly recommended this location.

There was extremely loud music coming from a food truck directly next door to the “office” to the point where you couldn’t understand nor hear what the person in front of you was saying. The experience was not comfortable at all. I almost felt like I was conducting a drug deal with the way the person was doing business. The person who I had to contact for the truck rental was at another location doing a “side job” and he had his friend pass by and do the transaction for him. The stench of marijuana in the general area was atrocious. Definitely will not be visiting this location again and it leaves a bad taste for the U-Hual company overall.

Be more clear in the rental options. I rented a truck for4 hours and i was over by 35mins. For that reason i had to pay an extra $60. I could have rented the same truck for 24 hrs for the same price as the 4 hours but I was not told that or given that option when i picked up the truck.

I went to the location on Saturday morning to reserve a truck to move on Sunday at 7:30am. The person in charge told me he open at 9am but I could take the truck right away and return it next day. I asked for the price doing it that way and he told me $39.95 plus $1.19 for each mile. I accepted and we made the contract. When I got the truck it was dirty in the back and also the check engine light was on. I returned the truck at the same time I picked up with just 23.2 miles traveled and the gas in the same condition (I made a picture of the odometer and the gas gauge when picked up and at the time I returned it) and the final amount charged to me was $216.17. I don’t really understand the math you guys did.

I made the reservation in Dadeland and they sent me to this location to make the pick up, the place is horrible and dangerous, the truck was totally dirty and smelled of homeless as if someone slept inside, also the contract reflected that there was more gasoline that the one that was really there (I have proof of what I am saying) I do not recommend anyone to pick up their truck here unless accompanied by the police.
