I spent about 1 hour waiting at site, there was no one to attend, office open, lights of office off, it took me several calls to U-Haul to get someone to help me, there was a phone number at the front door, after several calls also no answers, it was frustrating because I need it the truck. Who ever owns this location, have no clue of what he is doing. As I mentioned after many phone calls and about 1 hour waiting, someone show up to deliver the truck.

No one around to help, took almost 3 hours to finally get my van. The people there did not have a pleasant attitude to work with the manager, closed my contract by accident and had to reopen it, which ended up in me being charged three times and only one charged refunded therefore I was charged twice. I will not be returning to this location.
Nathalia GVehicle was not ready at appointment time, location was closed, had to call a number and wait to vehicle be moved since it was blocked by other cars. Truck air conditioning was not cooling.
