When being given to me the truck was illegally parked when being pulled around front for customer pick up. This added additional time pressure on me to complete the pre-check process. Also the parking for drop off after hours is so packed that the vehicle barely fit and a second person is needed to help back it in. And because the vehicle belongs to this location, there wasn't any other alternative locations for drop off.

Hamidollah MThe whole experience at this location was less than ideal. The man that runs this location isn’t the friendliest but keep in mind. It was early on a Sunday morning, but besides that the real thing that makes me upset was there was no fuel in the U-Haul and the wiper blades were missing and when we told him about this, his response was to call roadside assistance if we needed anything. It would’ve been nice to start with a road safe car.
James TThe sales person was nice during pickup and accommodating with changes. The vehicle could use some maintenance or some grease on the breaks. My only qualm was that upon pickup the vehicle was listed as 1/4 tank during the paperwork but was below 1/4 tank which was a bit of an inconvenience to start your journey that way on a time crunch. I am just used to vehicles being fully gassed up and it's required to continue to gas up accordingly. I only said no to recommending to a friend because U-Haul advised us this location was closing next day and that was the reason we couldn't have a full two day rental.
PAIGE SI am disappointed with the truck in general. i had a problem with the right front tire. It was at 50 psi going through the BC mountains. The recommended pressure is 80 psi. There was no TPMS light to help me know that. This is dangerous going through the mountains. I topped up the pressure and the next day the pressure had dropped to 58 psi. The next problem i had was difficulty starting the vehicle after i had been driving for hours and had to put gas in. The problem only happened when the vehicle was hot. I kept the vehicle running while putting in gas for fear that it would not restart. Once the vehicle cooled down overnight it was okay. There was a high speed braking vibration very noticeable braking through the mountains. I returned the vehicle early and would expect that some compensation would be awarded given the situation and the early return of the vehicle. My number should you decide to call me is 647-401-4256. nino bThe gentleman running the rental was very unpleasant. He overcharged me by $4600 for my driven 48 km. I've posted a very thorough review of my experience on Google maps with a one-star. Uhaul customer service was very kind and was able to help me get my refund back within a week but I was stressed about money that whole week.
Nyan LRented out my truck to someone is that clearly wasnt me and got authorized charges for it. Clearly it was the guy running place. He doesnt have a clue on what he is doing. Made a racist comment about the uhaul representative who found me an alternative truck but ended up being two hours late for my movers which delayed my move and had to get them for a second day. If I were uhaul I would not lend trucks to this outlet.

CRUZ VThe customer service was terrible. I was the first customer in on Thursday morning and the counter people at this location were yelling at each other. This transferred to the customer service and when asked about anything to do with the rental they just shouted “call customer service!” I would never use or recommend this location to anyone in the future.

THOMAS MOverall experience very positive. Pick up was smooth and the agent was very respectful and helpful. He directed me to the right place to change drop off location. Drop off was a bit odd. The location appeared condemned. The agent wasn’t very helpful. Shrugged me off when I asked for a receipt. He said he would look at the van. I walked out to inspect with him. He said thanks and locked the door on me. That was it. Had to call customer service to be sure there was a warm handoff of the van. I was reassured and eventually got a receipt. Despite this, I would use UHaul again. Very smooth operation and overall professional team. Thanks

CHELSEA HCustomer service was extremely poor , very unhelpful & very unpleasant at this location. I will not return . You also charged me for 4 days and not 3 which I signed up for and only used. I will be calling you tomor for a refund. The 15’ truck was clean but ran like a 100yr truck, I doubt it has been serviced in a very long time. All in all , I will not be recommending these trucks at this location.

ROBIN Wlocation owner is an embarrassment for uhaul. zero interest to understand any of my questions. He refused to give me his name , just said im the owner. I was shocked at his character. He was anabsolutely disgusting person to represent uhaul.

Michael TThe guy at this location is very rude. He charged the fuel although I showed him my receipt that I already refilled the tank. I showed hime the fuel level when I took a truck and when I returned it. But he ignored and charged me fuel. He requested me to bring dollys and a bag of tap back to his office, and challenged me if my answer is yes or no. Then he didn’t let me check the receipt, he evicted me our of the office and closed the door. Very rude, stealing money from fuel charge from client, poor customer service. I will never ever use this location again.

ADRIAN ENot be high in front of your customers or have women who don’t work there doing your job…it was really awkward to be served at this location and the smell of weed was incredibly strong.
Maria PI’ve rented from this establishment before and when I saw it come up as one of the closest U-Haul dealers, it was an easy choice to come back. It was a great experience then, and now again. The gentleman is such a pleasant, cheerful character and easy to deal with. The trucks are kept clean and well maintained. If I need another truck in the area again, I know just where I’ll go. Highly recommended.

Jessica BI dropped off my uhaul truck into the parking that i was renting . The guy who was receiving it Proceeded to do the paperwork , he did not let me take the picture of the kilometers just told me "you can park the truck this way i will be moving the other truck outside " then he goes you don't need to worry i will do the rest of paperwork. I let him .. then couple minutes later i received a message that $50080 transaction got declined from my card .. he asked me you will get the reciept in your email. I was not supposed get charged this big amount for moving from edmonton to vancouver . it should have been $ 527 according to the documentation that i had . Later on we see he put the pickup distance in miles and drop off into miles . i told him first and foremost that i changed it on the way because it easier for me to understand. So please convert the pickup miles into km and drop off remains the same. I drove truck beginning from 7210 miles ; 11630km - 12922 km. That is 1,292km covered . Because of his mistake the u haul charged me 5 grand .. which should not have happened after that he did not wanted to confront his mistakes . He gives me customer care number and vanishes saying i am their problem now . So then i called u haul customer care . I better should be getting a compensation for this u haul..!

ZI CDisorganized. Didn’t answer the phone after I called multiple times. The rental van was parked a block and a half away. I dropped the van off when I was done, store closed up and no answer on phone again! The staff member was on lunch break at 230pm. So I tried txting the number. I just needed help to check out because the drop off link expired. The person I was texting with said everything was fine and he would take care of it (left the van fully gassed up, parked where I picked it up and dropped the keys off in the drop slot). I then Received a rude phone call three hours later by someone else asking where the van was!!

Maureen RWhen I got there the truck was not there and the shop keeper made me talk to the customer who had the truck and he was refusing to bring back the truck. I had to wait for approximately for an hour and half. The truck was very dirty and they never notify me that the truck is not available which I booked few days in advance. Who is responsible wasting my time and I was late for my job.

ARASH ESeemed liked the truck's transmission was going to die soon, the air conditioner didn't work, and the ceiling light in the cab was falling down. I wouldn't exactly call the cargo area "clean" when received, so I returned it in the same "sort of clean" condition. There was a long lineup to pick up trucks in the morning, and only one staff. So moving start was delayed by 45 minutes. Adjusting customers pick up times to be staggered would help. When you have arranged to book elevators for small windows of time , losing 45 minutes has a big impact on the move. Also the truck we were assigned was blocked in the parking lot by another truck. We had to wait for the next customer to arrive and move it, causing more delays another 10 minutes.
