Side rearview mirror kept on shifting in position. We were offered a different truck than the one assigned on the app and the vendor did not take down the information as needed before our departure. He called me 12 times as we were in the middle of driving and moving furniture in. Would not revisit.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkFred was excellent to work with. My truck was clean. Checking in and out online was simple enough. And Fred was good enough to allow me to come and pick the truck up early.
Andrew SExcellent experience with staff, equipment and location. Excellent value for our move. Great business!
Bruno ZNot recommended at all. Service is good but the person dealing with you is out of mind. No sense of speaking at all.
Amit BLocation is unoccupied but the manager came quick when you call the number posted. Check out was easy and done within 5 min when he got here. U-Haul App was easy and step by step instructions on taking pictures to confirm condition before rental was great.
