Fred was an absolute pleasure from the moment I met him. He went out of his way to bring the Van to the front for me, he helped me through the whole check-in process. For bringing it back he was responsive to communication, and easy to talk to. I have rented a Van from him 3 times in the last 3 weeks for a move in move out. I have sent 2 friends to pick up a van and have pick up one myself. Every interaction has been great and easy going. Strongly suggest.
