Side rearview mirror kept on shifting in position. We were offered a different truck than the one assigned on the app and the vendor did not take down the information as needed before our departure. He called me 12 times as we were in the middle of driving and moving furniture in. Would not revisit.

Location is unoccupied but the manager came quick when you call the number posted. Check out was easy and done within 5 min when he got here. U-Haul App was easy and step by step instructions on taking pictures to confirm condition before rental was great.

The store owner was very unfriendly, impatient and sarcastic. His instructions for returning the rental truck was unclear. He also threatened that he would charge an extra $20 if he had to assist closing the transaction later in the day. The link on the phone that he provided for returning the truck did not work when I returned the truck later in the afternoon. The store was closed. That return link only worked when I picked up the truck in the morning. I ended up installing the U-Haul app on my phone in order to close the transaction myself in order to avoid his additional fee.

Really poor customer service. I was told that the equipment I had booked was not there. I was offered other things, which did the job, but were not nearly as helpful. The manager was pretty aggressive and said "take it or leave it". Everything was set in motion for me to move that day, so I had no choice. We got the job done, but overall another disappointing experience with U-Haul!

I rent from Uhaul now for my catering business and I will only book with Fred at Cronin Glass. Fred has excellent customer service and the vehicles he provides are in great shape and perfect for what I need. This is the only location that I want to book with.

This guy is a Scammer always charging $20-$30 extra for gas! He’ll mark the gas high than the original at the time of pick up and you’ll return on the same level and he charges you extra at the time of drop off. Happened with me the 2-3rd time here

I want to lodge a complain about a behavior of the dealing person. I don't know the name of person but uhaul address is 1766 renfrew street VANCOUVER, BC V5M3H8. His behavior was very aggressive. He started accusing me of being a harrasser without any reason. I would request Uhaul to initiate an inquiry about it. I am open to the part of inquiry. His behavior was very inappropriate towards a customer on call and in-person.

The person asked to pick up and packed the 12 blankets from the floor. They were all over the place all full of dust. He said that "it's only dust" for a fire extinguisher that exploded. They gave me the truck with bearly 1/4 fuel and 20min late

Life changing. From beginning to end the service was impeccable!.Fred at Cronin took all the stress of moving off my shoulders and truly made a difference. From needing to extend multiple times, communication response at peak professionalism even in his after hours, to unnecessarily offering some financial relief during what was a very difficult move. Simply put, upon pick up you instantly felt like you were chatting with an old friend to feeling like family when any issues arose. From what was becoming the worst move of my life swiftly turned into the best moving experience I’ve ever had with U-Haul. Highly recommend, the only place I’ll ever be using moving forward, truly a brother from another mother. Thank you again for everything Fred!

It seems like the store owner at this location has not been trained on the systems properly. We were given an invoice for over 900 km more than what we drove, with completely different dates and details. It was quite an inconvenience.

The location from my home was super close and the van was clean but my overall experience was negative. You should have your representative take some courses in customer service. He was late to open the office door (I waited outside for ten minutes), curt and abrupt in his responses, and he overcharged me for gas (I returned the vehicle with a full tank of gas and the invoice stated otherwise). In general he was a total dick.

The guy there is rude and sarcastic. He was giving customers a hard time. He was like that before too when I picked up a truck. Very ignorant, rude guy. I mean if you’re not a people person why work with people. He made fun of two guys trying to do a walk in rental. The last time I got a truck there he charged me for gas when I filled it up. I sent pics to U-Haul. And this time he charged me for coverage which I did not get. Both times it was settled when I called U-Haul directly. This guy is not good for business. He also told me to skip taking the pics and uploading them. I said no and took my own.

Great experience renting a truck from this U-Haul location. The whole process was quick and easy, and the truck was clean, reliable, and ready on time. The staff were friendly and helpful, and returning the truck was straightforward as well. Everything went smoothly from pickup to drop-off. Would definitely use their service again next time!

Truck that i booked to rent was over booked by three poeple. This doenst make sense to me at all since i got a call from uhaul agent to confirm my booking and it was all confirmed. Luckily, they had a van at the time i showed up to pick up the truck. It was very inconvinient experience.

Easy pick up and drop off and friendly staff, van was clean and well maintained. But I was quoted at 40 dollars and it ended up being 115 + the $45 dollars of gas I put in. Was not informed there would be a $20 after hour fee and that you are charged per km at a high rate on top of ensuring a full gas tank.

Thr guy had a living room with a big tv and weed bongs. He was cutting me off, pressuring me, mouthing me off, threatening me, discriminating and emberassing the company beyond belief and even putting rhem in risk of a bad rep or charges etc. I told the guy this was my first time doing this. He wouldnt calm down and stop pressuring me. He wouldnt let me think or speak. He was coming at me like he was going to attack me. Calling me all kinds of names, saying take the keys and fucking drive away you stupid fucking retard etc etc or im going to call the cops and tell them your driving a stolen vehicle and get your lisense taken away and say your not mentally fit to drive etc. I was only trying to ask for a reciept and agree the vehicle was in good condition and sign something together. I felt like it had scam or threat written all over it. I should get a refund it was so bad.

I had a very poor rental experience. The vehicle was dirty inside and out, had many scratches and body damage, and the fuel level did not match the rental documents. Customers should not have to receive a vehicle in this condition. U-Haul should inspect, clean, and accurately document each vehicle before handing it over to the next customer.

Fred was very friendly and accommodating. He let me pick up the truck about two hours earlier than my booking, which I really appreciated. He also took the time to explain everything I needed to know about using the truck. Returning it was quick and easy. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommend!
