Bill the correct amount instead of charging my credit card $242 which was from a canceled reservation. The correct charge should have been $219, that the Uhaul agent admitted should have been charged instead of the wrong $242. She told me the charge would be changed, but instead I was still charged $242! I have sent 3 emails and phone calls addressing these concerns. Zero response back from any Uhaul representatives. Also over paid for gas as I tried to guess how much I would need having received the truck with a 1/4 tank of gas. As a result I had $34 more in gas in the tank. Totally dissatisfied with my experience. Since Uhaul has not attempted to resolve these issues or even respond, i will start doing the only thing I can do, which is post reviews on Google and other sites, relaying my experiences.
