The guy (Asian) working days at this location is very disrespectful and argumentative for no reason. I wouldn't go there ever again,worse and first poor experience with uhaul. Every other location I been I was treated with respect and dignity. I'm for sure hurrying this location sorry.

Percious MagarsoTo whom it may concern:Good afternoon, this is my 4th attempt to reach a manager since March 2, 2024.I rented a truck for a round trip from city to city for a fixed price of over $800 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately, you guys kept changing my pick-up location and I was sent all over the place looking for the pickup location. The pickup location was changed 3 times. The 2nd location I went to, was closed and did not have the right truck I booked, so I was sent to another location. You guys decided to deduct $100 for the paid ubers and inconvenience.I spoke to you guys at least 4 times before the pickup of the truck. No one ever informed me of the crucial fact, that I was not supposed to return the truck to pick up the location where I got it. This was verified the first time I called to complain on March 2, 2024. The lady on the phone was not helpful at all, and rather than assist me and understand why I was calling, she began contesting my claim. The reason why I was calling, was because I was charged another $1036 on top of what was agreed upon and paid on February 28, 2024. She proceeded to inform me that I returned the Truck to the same location ( which does not even make sense) and this is why another $1036 was charged. She also questioned my sincerity when I told her that no one had informed me of this during at least 4 calls before I picked up the vehicle. She said, she could not do anything until Monday, March 4, when a manager will be in. However, the same employee called me about 30 minutes later to inform me that she had listened to the call recordings and that I was right that no one told me not to return it to the same location, but that It was written on the contract that it was emailed to me during the move-out. So, her version went from someone who must have told me, to ok, you are right, but it was written on the email contract. Without passing this crucial complaint to a manager, she decided there that I did not qualify for a refund and told me that she would pass it to a manager but it would not change anything. I am still waiting for someone to call me to rectify this huge mistake and return my funds to my card, please. Furthermore, "the contract," she said was emailed to me did not receive my signature, which means is not valid. I did, however, sign the contract when I picked up the Truck, and that contract which valid and does not state not to return the vehicle to the same location.Please moving out from city to city is already stressful enough. I trusted your company and you guys stole $1036 in a very unethical way. Please have someone contact me as soon as possible to avoid a lawsuit and social media campaign, through my daughter's account who is well well-known YouTuber. What you guys did was wrong and you have not even had the decency to call me to rectify the injustice.

The trailer was a disaster i had to fix the door so it would close properly it was full of snow and it took 30-40 minutes to properly clean it so we could use it. When I told the person about it he said Well it was Cold. There was no thank you for doing that. There was no I am sorry nothing. The attitude there was not very friendly I will not be back to that location
Lance Unseri went and was informed unit would be ready at 5 pm, when I WENT BACK I had to clean all the snow off and it was -30, poor windshield wipers plus unit had only half a tank of gas. when I returned it I put gas in to half mark but informed not enough so I put another $ 20, what kind of shit show is this. You should have a full tank when supplied to customer and client returns it full.
james studimanThere was a problem with the contract as it was double the price it took over 45minutes to get the right amount . The location talked to the main office three times by phone. My movers I had booked were waiting for me to arrive at the U-Haul storage, the pickup was at a different location. I had to pay two movers for the hour that I waited for the location to get the contract right. It also put me back an hour on my traveling time.

I was told I'd receive a refund and the attendant tried to process my refund but I didn't receive it I spoke to the attendant today and he said joni worked yesterday and that he'd be in at 1 pm today. Seemed like today was the same guy but he's saying otherwise I'd liked to be refunded

Royal MOVESThe shop was clean but not particularly inviting. That said, it was as expected for a U-haul rental. More importantly, the staff were very organized, very helpful.
Joseph MorinShowed up to pick up the truck, truck given on phone wasn’t in lot. Had to go inside. Attendant inside was not helpful. Truck was covered in snow and ice and we had to use our own snow brush to clean. Took us 25 minutes of our 2 hour rental to scrape off ice and defrost truck. Pricing is ridiculous. Cost us $150 to move one couch. Will not use u-haul again

alex innesFirst off, this was not the original location we had reserved our truck for so we had to drive across the city, adding on more kms to our total. When the truck was picked up the fuel level was set at some random point in between two lines so that when we returned it, even though we filled it to the same amount (as we had taken a picture of the original amount) the person taking the truck back did not agree with us BECAUSE THE LEVEL WAS SET AT SOME STUPID ARBITRARY POINT ON THE METER. when asked why it's not filled up everytime we were given some BS about people stealing gas from vehicles when they sit out at night. Absolutely terrible customer experience from both pickup and drop off. The place we were supposed to get out vehicle from did not even call us to tell us that they didn't have our vehicle. And this was the DAY BEFORE OUR WEDDING. Thank you for the unnecessary stress added onto our wedding. Absolutely atrocious.

sydney engWaited an hour for a representative to find a storage locker on my reservation at U-Haul deerfoot. Staff were not helpful with assisting with my truck and trailer return. I was not informed it had to be dropped off at a location other than U-Haul deerfoot. For the crossroads gas location there is not enough parking.

Then I got an email that I had to go to a different location so had to drive from south east to southwest to find out the vehicle I booked hadn’t come back and he had called someone who would be in touch. I didn’t get a call do I ended calling you to find out that the person at CB mega mart lied to me as I was told he hadn’t called in. So now I had to go to the north east to pick up the cargo van. When I got there no problem . They estimated 60.00 . I knew that my booking said I would be charged .30 for each kilometre which I estimated around 100 km. When I had talked to customer service they gave me a 50.00 credit fir all my trouble. So instead of getting the car at 9:30 I got it after 10:30. I was back with the van around 2:20 and had used 62 km. The person had some sort of issue and had called for help. Then when it got resolved I was charged 81.00 approximately. I was charged at .69 cents a kilometre and also charged a fee if 16.00. I carry extra on my own insurance for when I rent a vehicle but of course never asked if I needed any coverage. As a result I paid the bill but am very unhappy. Anne

Pavlo FedchyshynThe first location lost my reservation so didn't have a truck. That could have been a huge problem as my move was one of three on a row that all needed to line up as all 3 parties had purchased and I had 1.5 hrs to rent the truck. Pick up the movers, fill the truck and be out so the new people could move in. It was looking impossible. The manager was dealing with another customer who was obviously taking their time and dilly dallying along. And I didn't have time. I explained the situation and that person had a little fit and went off in a huff. The guy was a jerk from that point onward. At one point, I asked to use the washroom to which he replied that it was broken. Obviously that was a lie. It's a busy gas station. What does he do? Pee outside? If it's broken and you're a professional then get it fixed. No. He was just being a jerk. At one point he said: is there something wrong with you? Yeah buddy, I need to go to the washroom and you're being a jerk. I'm a respectable human being, not some loser. Customers made jokes about customers peeing out the back. Anyway I got my truck after a long multi-faceted exercise with U haul but don't appreciate being lied to and the inconvenience that caused me as a woman. Thus, I won't go back. Thanks

Stuart SmithAbsolutely terrible, U-haul had a lock on it and wasted 1 hour of my time having to take it to another location to have it cut off. Was not compensated for the gas to take it there + had a terrible phone call with Mafe from U-haul customer service. Just such a rude lady, accused me of not knowing the lock was there, raised her voice at me, and treated me like a minority. Purely racist and offensive. I would never want anyone to deal with such a person and the disrespect. Can't believe U-haul has customer service like this. The standard is just extremely poor and there is nothing they can do. I recommend you start recording the phone calls to see how truly awful your customer service team really is.
