the interior could have used a good vacuuming

andrew cLeft front tire at 72 psi and left rear tire at 27 psi right side tires were not at proper psi either. When I got there, nobody was there. I had to wait around for a few minutes. Look like that guy that finally helped me hadn’t taken a shower in over a week.

Amy JWe scheduled our pickup at the Marquette location for 4pm on Saturday. When we arrived the place was closed. We contacted the store owner who said that he closes at 12pm on Saturdays. You should NOT tell the customer that they can pick up at a time the store is closed. It turned into quite a problem for both us and the store owner.
Ryan POwners is a bit quirky, but gets the job done fast efficiently!

JOHN JLocation is not staffed. You have to call to have someone come meet you. This information should be provided before arriving to eliminate wait time.
Fred SMy only complaint is that I had reserved a vehicle in one location then had to drive to a different location to pick it up. I only needed it for a short trip less than 15 miles. But then I got charged for the miles to and from the location that my rental moved too. This I don't think was fair at all and I ended up getting charged extra milage to drive to this further location (there and back)- It was not that far - but it pushed me over my 15 miles I would have stayed under.

marie vI wanted to pick up the trailer at a closer location and it was unavailable, this has happened to my family twice, it would be nice if uhaul would bring the rental to the closer location instead of me driving further to pick it up. That said, the Crossroads location has been great every time we've used it and the staff is accommodating, helpful and professional.

Kristina SI was given the smaller trailer which I wanted in the first place but was told no bc it was a one way trip and the dealer wanted it to stay in town at his business yet charged for the 20ft. Then I was not given any instruction or paperwork at all nothing zilch zero. I was told I had 78 miles the day prior when I made the reservation so I was under the assumption that I was good to go and that was gas included bc I was not told otherwise so I racked up a gas charge of $27.99 and charged some random $16.95 charge I have no clue what it is. I was never told to take pics or anything for my protection until the day I dropped it off and the U-Haul dealer told me all this info and my jaw about hit the floor: I just don’t understand how his negligence should be my fault.
