Not have so many hidden fees!!!!!!! For a $29 rental all the hidden fees ended up being $97 What the hell!!

My drop off location had been changed and I have no idea until I was returning the truck and the nice gentleman at Crossroads self storage assisted me in changing it!!
Felisha mThe parking lot for returning a trailer after hours is tight and difficult to navigate for someone like me who is not skilled at backing a trailer. I was lucky to have a strong helper to muscle the trailer by hand where it needed to be. The gentleman who rented me the equipment did an excellent job reminding me of various aspects of using the trailer. Check out was quick and efficient. Overall, I'm very pleased and will rent from this site again.

BRENT CWell, your scheduling team could 1. Avoid changing the scheduled location and time at the last minute. 2. Inform me if you do. You clowns really messed with my schedule. I wanted to pick the trailer up at 0830 at the Boyd Lake Dr. location, but the location you switched me to (without any notice) didn't open until 0900. Pathetic. The gentleman at the pickup location was very accommodating and did his best to help me out, so I give him stellar ratings.

JONATHAN BAdvise customers of the dolly/hand truck and blankets inside of the truck. I wasn’t planning to use and it took up a lot of space, making packing significantly more difficult than it should have been.
JONATHAN JI booked my reservation for a storage unit and a truck on the same day over six weeks in advance. My truck reservation was moved twice, I had to visit the storage unit twice in one day to be moved, which made me late to pick up the truck the gentleman in the office was a complete imbecile and was rude about the fact that I was late because I was stuck at the U-Haul place. I would absolutely avoid ever using this location again, moving is stressful enough, avoid using this location.
