JAMES DThe agent just took that key and didn't bother verifying fuel level or anything. I then received a charge on my credit card for 13.30 and received a receipt indicating that they charged because the fuel level was at 1/8 tank. This is incorrect. The fuel level was 1/4 tank. Further, the miles to empty was 110, which is consistent with 1/4 tank (4 * 110 = 440 miles for a full tank). The agent should have inspected the fuel level in my presence and then this misunderstanding and incorrect charge could have been avoided. I've left a voice mail. Hopefully they will call back and fix this.

Jim RDon't confirm a reservation you won't fulfill. If you change pickup location and cause your customer to waste hours, consider compensating them for the time. Late return costs a day's rent, yet causing a late pickup, extra mileage, and travel time for the customer means nothing.
Michael RI use U Haul numerous times every year and this is my preferred location. The equipment is always ready, the reservations are processed on time and the staff are professional and nice. I know the professional and nice statement seems like a given but it is not in today's society. My wife's bank Customer Service representative tried to help her change her password and after a few attempts said she couldn't help her and hung up. How can you be paid for customer service and hang up on a customer? So, the bottom line is that I actually like renting equipment from U Haul because of the service provided at this location and the company should be aware of that. Thank you.
KENNETH FOur reservation was for a location at Kings Auto in Fort Collins. We were not notified that we were bumped to this location and only found out when we showed up at the original location. You should at least text or email if there is a significant change like this.

Eric RThe location didn't open until 9:30 & the manage took of for lunch at 11:30 & didn't get back until 1:00. I didn't realize he wouldn't be there at 12:30, so I had to wait until he returned. I can live with the half hour wait but the lack of open hours in the morning is annoying.
