Jake was aware that we were going to be there which is a nice feeling. He helped us unload the dolly/car and it was an easy turnover. This was definitely appreciated after a long 27 hour drive .

The place where I picked up the equpment was fine and the condition was excellent. The HORRIBLE experience with U-Haul was that all your software was down and my reservation was lost and all information had to be re-entered manually that took almost 2 hours. During a move 1/3 thw way across the country the was a stressfull experience and I had no way to even print out rental contract papaers for while being on the road. It took going up the food chain in U-Haul corportate to get anything done. Even your phones were on the blink because you have VOIP phones. Totally frustrating and stressful. I asked yor manager for some sort of compesation for this horrible experience. It was not the fault of the dealers but an incompetent IT departement that cannot keep your systens up. Honestly the customer service rep (temp fill in) went above and beyond in assisting my son and I this morning! He also was very caring and helpful when my son hurt his finger. He rushed to get us paper towels and a bandaid. Thank you so much for everything you did for us today!!! Customer service at it's finest!

Scheduled 800am mobile pickup. This place ignored the mobile setup, causing me to be 2 hours late to a customer. Worst U-Haul agent I have delt with in 25 years working with uhaul.

Greetings, I received my final bill for the rental and the milage the facility recorded for my ending mileage was incorrect. I emailed the business with the picture and an explanation of the overcharge and I never heard from them. The amount is not huge, less than $20.00, but the final bill was incorrect. If someone reads this that can help, I would appreciate it.

I arrived at my appointment time at 9am. No one was at the location to give me keys so a local scheduler had to send me another 17 miles further from my house after already have to change locations once. Later that afternoon a guy called me from the place returning my call he said the person supposed to be there was sick (not empathetically). I guess they don't check messages often. Just not a professional location and wasted an additional hour and a half of a busy moving day. I am sure we are a one-off situation. At least I hope we are. The scheduler Jennifer was very helpful on the phone to get me to my next pick-up location in Fort Collins which was much better!

GIRL FROM UHAUL IN DENVER CALLED ME LAST MINUTE, SHE WAS RUDE.....HAD TO GET HOUR RIDE WITH UBER TO PICK UP TRUCK AS LOCATIONCHANGED, PRICE WAS HIGHER THAN QUOTED! Price actually went up 2x. Truck pulled to right, was dirty upon pickup. Brakes squeaked.
