The place was closed when we dropped off the truck, office door was locked and no one was on the property, so we put keys in lock box, locked truck up and left.

The dolly was overall in decent shape, some cracks and broken pieces, including a slightly frayed safety cable that cut me, but otherwise it was in good condition and was perfect for what I needed to use it for!

Didn't have the truck we reserved. Had to pay more for a bigger truck. Store was closed during advertised hours. Guy on site was rude and condescending but the customer service woman was helpful and we were still able to move.

I use this location for U-Hauls regularly for work. They are always very accommodating and willing to help. They almost always have what I need and are willing to help me find what would fit best for my needs. The people working there are always very friendly and make the process really simple.
