The location was closed, so I tried to check in via the app, but it didn't work. I had to call uhaul to check in.

The equipment is in good condition, works well, and performs how I would expect it to. I will be renting again in just two weeks, and can expect similar great customer service!
John M.It said it was going to charge me $60 but I actually charge me 160. I waited two days for the deposit to go back to my bank account and then when the transaction was final it was at $160 charge without the hundred dollar deposit. They did not give me back my hundred dollars. I use the U-Haul for two hours. I am mad. Like truly angry because I feel like I got taken advantage of. I'm a single mom now living in a hotel and they just fucked me over.
