The guy working there is mean lazy and very rude and disrespectful definitely I don’t recommend this place to rent stuff he has so mad because a couple people show up at the same time sooo lazy

DEAN KTrailer did not have a winch as stated, one of frot hold downs did not operate and there was no tie down for rear of vehicle. Sorry assed quality control.
Tom KThe system for U-Haul’s “approval” for the use of the trailer is poor, at best. You really need to give the customer more authority to do with the trailer what they need to do (the towing vehicle and the load vehicle). I ended up having to lie about the load vehicle in order to get the system to approve my rental.
