the only issue we had is the person we dropped the trailer off with didn't give us any paperwork to sign off on - he said he would just check it in based on the license plate. Well it didn't get checked in so we got a call the next day saying we were running late and we got charged for an extra day. We got it straightened out & its a lesson learned on our end to ask for a receipt of some kind.

Scott CThe app was not working. I wanted a pickup at 7:00 AM to avoid some of the hotter weather. Because the app was not working, I had to wait until 9:00 when the facility opened.
