Only issue was poor cell service at the rental site which made it hard to load the webpage. Other than that this was great.
Luke MPicking up the vehicle took a long time due to only one person, one computer that was not functioning correctly, a line of people and phone calls while people are there. The suspension on the vehicle was terrible.

Tom KThe system for U-Haul’s “approval” for the use of the trailer is poor, at best. You really need to give the customer more authority to do with the trailer what they need to do (the towing vehicle and the load vehicle). I ended up having to lie about the load vehicle in order to get the system to approve my rental.

Paul PHalf the trailer lights didn't work. Found out after I got home. They quickly swapped it out for another trailer. Should the trailer breaks work on the 6 x 12 cargo? Mine didn't.

Sandra JYour computer system was a real challenge. Slow, would not load, could not open attachments. This was on 4/7/26. The app was not any better. When returning the trailer they unhooked me and called me later once they got the system to work.

Mitch CFire everyone but Joshua. The rest don’t know what good customer service is! Your yard personnel are the worst of all. I didn’t expect them to help me with anything and did everything myself. They were just very rude in even getting my auto hauler hooked to the truck. The Hispanic guy was almost as rude as the Black guy. I asked him for their names Black guys name and he ignored me. It’s as though they didn’t want to be there and I wish they weren’t!
Mitch CI did not rent this vehical from you and would like some kind of reciept showing that. I called the store and they would not or could not fix this error. The real problem is that i have not lived in utah for three years and some how my account was use for another customer and Cullens rental just ignored this issue.Verry unhappy and will not be using uhaul ever again
