ANDREW WThe man at the location was nice and I received my truck as ordered on line. It was an easy check in and check out process. This location is smaller than others I have used making it very easy and fast to pick up and return as I needed it for an in town project. I would use this location again.

KEVIN BPrices and ease of renting are great. Customer service is poor. Woman that checked me in was rude and used profanity. I could tell she was in a bad mood almost immediately. Look at the Google reviews about this location. Many complaints of being rude.

BRANDI PThe car hauler ratchet was rusty and was hard to manipulate and it would slide to the center when traveling which caused to strap on front left to get loose. The truck was fine. Staff was great
GERALD YCorporate should help this company out. The poor guy was having to call the 1-800 number for every transaction he was making just to finish it out, and no one had helped them yet. It had been down two days before I rented here and I’m hoping it got fixed shortly after. I’ve rented from this location several times and they will be my go to for every U-Haul in the future!

Derek CThe trailer (with Maryland plates) vibrated excessively when loaded with a car at highway speeds. I just rented the exact same style of trailer last week to tow the same car, with the same truck, and it was MUCH smoother. I had to slow down as a result of the vibration, and it was very annoying to tow.

Rick CThe store people need to be nice. They completely lied and disrespected me and my wife. I’m so angry about this. Plus on top of that they charged me double for our rental and acted like it wasn’t a big deal when it was time to fix it. We got cussed. I had to call the law bc the man grabbed my wife’s arm and hurt her when I went to my car. It was a mess. I’m thinking about filing charges on Ronnie at the roan street in Johnson city, Tennessee location
SKYTEESA JI have rented at least 5 times in last several months.an I was over charged.they have give me nothing but run around...even gave me ref #said somebody be in touch within 72 hours.nope didnt happen...I am so disappointed because I rent alot from them.I got no help an they never refunded my money...watch when u sign they add lots of extras....not even call back....jetta Stewart 336-744-4367.my ckntracts were so messed up main Uhaul office couldnt help.pass me down line.....
