It's not a real drop spot, with anyone there. You just drop your truck off, and put your keys in contract in a box. I was so worried about someone taking the blankets and dolly out the truck and we be charged for it. Its connected to a bar...

Customer service was excellent including calling the day before and conforming pick-up and then coming out immediately when phone pick-up didn't work. Truck had catalytic converter stolen prior to pick-up. U-haul service center in Houston repaired next day after finding the issue.
