The location was convenient, and communication was good for picking up the truck. I picked up the truck early in the morning. The truck itself was horrible. It was absolutely filthy on the inside. In addition, the truck was badly misaligned. It pulled to the left really badly. I did not learn this until the truck was fully loaded and we were on the freeway. Maintenance on this truck was extremely lacking. Also, the driver's side mirror was broken and cracked really badly. It was extremely difficult and dangerous to see other vehicles when switching lanes.
