The return experience was awful. The store hours show open until 7 pm. We went to return the keys at 4:40 pm and the doors were locked. We called the number on the window and it sent us straight to voicemail. Left a message. 20 minutes later, no return call. Found the overnight drop box, and spent the next 45 minutes trying to return to no avail. My husband had to call UPS Customer Service Line to repot the issues and to return the truck. Horrible return experience!!! I do not recommend this location, whatsoever!!!Heather H.

This place needs to have someone at the location all the time. Each time I went to pick up and return I had to wait for the attendant to come to the location to take care of me for approx. 10-15 minutes. I told him that I had a voucher to pay for the rental, and he did not charge the voucher because I had to just drop off the rental because he was not there. I got charged for the rental. Before this I made the reservation and sent to a place that did not have the equipment that I had requested and was told by the person on the phone that I made the reservation with that it was there. That place had an agent that did not know how to do anything with rentals and was told to wait for the person to come to do it and it would be about 5-10 minutes to wait. after 30 minutes I walked around and saw they only had trucks and not trailers. I left and went to the other place. I have used uhaul many times and never had more of a nobody knows what the hell is going on experience ever. it was really a joke and a horrible black eye for u haul as I see it and will really think real had before I put myself through that clown show again.RICHARD D.

No one was there when I dropped off truck. Had to drop off key in a drop key. No one there to accept it but gates were open to drop off truck. A paper with phone number at the door telling customers to call if dropping off truck.armando S.

Location was a bit hard to find not a local UHaul place didn't have Dolly's to move furniture. Had to drive to another Uhaul location to rent a furniture dolly and another dolly for our furniture so a bit of an inconvenience.Bibiana H.

I delivered the truck and auto transport on same day. Three days later i get a phone call that i never rurned it in. What the heck? I turned all items, including the dolley and auto transport. I had to go to 2 other uhaul places before getting the rental. had a reservation for 2 weeks and truck was not available at the first place. 50.00 credit that I was promised for the trouble has not been given to me. the person at cutt masters was excellent.oscar S.

My driver license was not returned to me upon check-in which cost me an additional 20 miles to go back and retrieve it. I asked if some accommodation/discount could be given and was told that I needed to contact Uhaul customer service to receive any type of discount or credit. Incidents like this may have me consider other rental agencies in the future.Jose M.

The woman assisting us at the front desk during pick up seemed to have little to no computer skills. She made a process that could have taken 10 minutes last over 30. We had several questions regarding our trailer that she could not answer whatsoever. Had a great experience at the location where we made the reservation (8450 Montana El Paso TX). I recommend sending employees from that location to 11340 to overlook and train those employees. If I were to use uhaul again in the future I would avoid 11340 Montana Ave at all cost, even if it meant waiting longer to get the trailer I need.jessus B.
